The Basic Wash/Basic Works Terms of Service:

Our basic wash was designed for a one man crew/route to add an additional beneficial service for our existing customers. Of course you don't have to be an existing customer to take advantage of this offer. In order for this package to exist, it has to maintain a large number of quantity, due to it being such a small task then literally spending just as much time driving to the next. In short, this IS a basic wash and not a detail, imagine if you were to take this to a drive thru car wash, $9 to $12 spent on YOUR time, LITTLE to NO bugs removed, NOT dry (waterspots) and tires are not dressed.... Now imagine us... Coming to you! Using our time, prepping for bugs, drying to avoid water spots and dressing the tires! THAT'S WHAT THIS IS!

Our basic wash consists of a • Hand Wash (fortified with wax to add a layer of protection & shine) • Tires/Wheels moderately cleaned • Moderate "baked on" bug removal • Hand dried • Tires dressed to hit the road running and lookin good!

Mini Detail:  is the BASIC WASH, BASIC VACUUM, BASIC WIPEDOWN or Dust n' Dress, but this package covers a bit more to include entry ways, console area and cupholders, WIDOWS, interior TOO! DOOR JAMS This package is the most budget friendly of our detailing and is less detail oriented. This is basically for that quick wow factor.  This is merely a basic wash with moderate bug removal. If the wheels have a neglection issue or the vehicle is covered in bugs, you may want to consider getting a different package. If you know your vehicle is extremely bad shape and you want that problem solved, this is not the package. This is a quick basic package, dust 'n dress means to remove the dust with a rag that has a water based UV protectant dressing in it. If the hard surfaces are dusty, then a quick wipe will remove the dust but as it drys there is a chance streaks (uneven drying) may occur).True vinyl dressing is a process that involves multiple passes. We do not remove, bag up or move around any belongings on this package, so the less debris you have in the pockets and the better your vehicle will be dressed. If you have gunk (melted and dried candy in your cupholders, this WILL NOT be taken care of on this package! Windows... you can not get a guarantee streak/haze free window on any quick job, even depending on the climate. So do not expect perfect windows on this package, but because we are aware of this being an industry issue, we will do the best we can with what were doing.

In order for us to keep this package successful, we need to keep it running logistically as smooth, FAST & efficient as possible. With that said, there are 3 ways that you can pay.
1) Leave a folded envelope w/ cash ONLY! inside your fuel door (if the door locks and must be opened with a key.... then see number 2
2) Your wash guy will text and or call as he is arriving and you must come and pay immediately
3) You can pay by CC UPON arrival.


These methods of payment eliminate us having to wait around for payment, for example your on the phone, with a customer, or maybe a teacher in the middle of testing etc.

Whats not covered:
As this is a basic wash, tar removal will not be include as well as some baked on brake dust, heavily tarnished wheels (rims are just a quick basic wipe down). Windows will be washed but there are no guarantees that they will be streak free windows, this is not a detail (let me tell you, windows, when actually detailing can be a daunting and time consuming task alone) 

Super neglected vehicles as in heavily baked on bugs (If you frequently wash your vehicle 95% of bugs will come off with ease and were using a special bug sponge with heavy duty cleaner. Yes our method will be much better than your average basic drive thru car wash and will remove far more than your average drive thru car wash, but this is not a detail and were not gonna spend 15 minutes just on bugs. Also not covered is extremely muddy vehicles. Moderate bug removal means we will prep the front end and mirrors and use a special sponge to remove the bugs, but again (though it will be MUCH better than a drive through wash or pressure washer alone) FULL bug removal can be a daunting task. This is in no way a detail of any sort. This is a basic wash and we are providing a convenience to you as you do not have to leave your house or use your valuable time to handle it yourself. 

Add-ons: 
Basic vacuum: it is literally, just a quick basic vacuum, to clear the floor of larger debris. It is a quick pass over the seats and the floor where your feet goes, we are not doing a detailed vacuum and spreading the creases of the seats, going under seats and hard to reach non conspicuous areas.  If it is neglected and nasty, guess what, it's still going to look neglected, just not as bad. A detailed vacuum on a moderately clean vehicle takes about 30-45 minutes. This is NOT a detailed vacuum. This service is sold as a convenience more than anything else. 

Dust n' Dress (basic wipe-down): Theis add on is literally a dampened rag with dressing and a quick pass to remove light dust and dirt of the larger superficial areas only (Dash, door panels and larger rear panels). Will it shine? Maybe a little if it's not neglected and doesn't need to actually be cleaned and brushed with an APC (all purpose cleaner) 

Who Should NOT do this pkg:
1) Anyone with an extensive amount of baked on bugs (Bug prep is included but were not detailing, so it will not be 100% bug free)
2) Anyone who frequents mud pits (or has a lot of mud otherwise)
3) Anyone who has serious oxidized clear coat or chiped and peeling
4) Anyone who has a lot of Road Grime built up from not washing in a very long time
5) Anyone who has badly tarnished wheels and needs lots of friction to remove tarnish or brake dust build up
 -(The wheels and tires are washed but it is a quick pass and not detailed. If your rims aren't neglected then a quick wipe down is all that will be needed)
6) While any amount of vacuuming will help remove anything from the carpet, it's NOT going to remove it all, especially stuff that weaves into it like pet hair. Sure well still do the basic vacuum, but your expectations are now set to not expect a detail. 
7) If your cupholders are nasty, there not gonna look any better on this service
